Ingredients:

• Moong dal – 250 gm
• Red Chilli – 7 or 8
• Pepper -1 tsp
• Coconut grated – 4 tsp
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry moong dhal in a tawa without any oil till it becomes golden brown and keep aside.
  2. Fry chillies and pepper with little ghee or oil.
  3. Grind fried moong dhal, pepper and chillies with coconut and salt with little water.
  4. It will be good with milagu (pepper) rasam.
