Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – Maida
• 1/4 cup – whole Wheat flour
• 1/4 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• 1.25 cups – Milk
• 1/4 tsp – vanilla essence
• 3 tbsp – quick cooking oats
• 1/4 cup – raisins, chopped
• 1.25 tsp – Eno fruit salt
• 1/3 cup – Sugar
Method:
- Sieve the flour twice along with baking powder to ensure even mixing.
- Beat the sugar and butter till it becomes creamy.
- Add the eno fruit salt followed by a tbsp of water.
- Mix gently and pour this in muffin liners.
- Add few raisins on the top
- Preheat the oven at 150 degrees.
- Bake for 15- 20 mins. Mine got done in 18 mins.
- Once done, cool them in wire rack.
- I packed these muffins for my kids snack box and they loved it a lot.
