
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Maida
• 1/2 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – soda bi-carbonate
• 1 tsp – salt
• Oil
• Lukewarm water
Method:
- Add baking powder, soda, salt to the maida and knead it into a dough with enough luke warm water.
- Finally add oil to it and knead again for few seconds.
- Keep aside for 30 mins (in winter, let it rest for 2 hours). Then roll out into big puris and deep fry.
