
Ingredients:
• 4 – Carrots (approximately 150 gm), chopped into medium size
• 1 – Broccoli (medium size), chopped into smaller pieces
• 2 – radishes, chopped into medium pieces
• 3 – Capsicums (medium size), diced into small cubes
• 3-4 – spring onions, chopped into smaller pieces (only the white part)
• 3 – Tomatoes (medium size), chopped into smaller pieces
• 3 tsp – black pepper
• 4 – Garlic cloves, chopped into pieces
• 1/2 tsp – Corn flour
Method:
- Boil all the vegetables in water for about 8-10 minutes till they become soft.
- Care should be taken that the vegetables are not too soft or mashed.
- Drain water and keep aside.
