
Ingredients:
• For yogurt:
• 12 oz – silken Tofu
• 1/4 cup non-dairy Milk
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• Salt to taste
• Other ingredients:
• 1 tsp crushed, roasted Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp – cayenne pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup – thinly sliced strawberries
• 1 cup boondi
Method:
- For yogurt:
- Blend the ingredients together to a smooth, yogurt-like consistency.
- To assemble, mix all the other ingredients with the yogurt.
- Serve garnished with a couple of strawberry “hearts”.
