
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – chicken, cut into 1.5 inch pieces
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 5 green chillies, slit
• 2 onions, diced
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds and saute till they begin turn slightly brown.
- Add green chillies and onions and saute till golden brown.
- Add chicken and stir.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or till done.
- Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix.
- Serve hot with rotis.
