
Ingredients:
• 2 – raw mangoes
• A little Asafoetida
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2-3 tbsp – gingili oil
• 1/2 tsp – Methi seeds
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Dry roast methi and powder it.
- Cut the mangoes into very small squares.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Season with mustard seeds.
- Add the mango pieces, turmeric powder and salt and cook for a while.
- Add chilli powder and cook till the oil separates.
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Add methi powder and asafoetida to the cooked mangoes and mix well.
- Preserve in an airtight container after it becomes cool.
- This can be served immediately.
- This will last for 2-3 days.
