
Ingredients:
• Cooked Rice – 1 cup
• Rice flour – 1 cup
• Onion – 1 chopped
• Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
• Carrot – 1
• Cucumber – 1/2
• Green chillies – 3
• Fresh grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Warm cooked rice, so that is becomes easy to knead.
- In a big plate, add rice flour and cooked rice and knead it well until soft.
- Add salt and all the other ingredients, except oil, and mix it well.
- Sprinkle some water if needed to make it soft.
- Make small balls of it.
- Make rotis on a greased plastic sheet.
- Cook this on a tawa smeared with oil.
- Serve.
