Ingredients:
• 15 – Marie biscuits
• 5 tbsp – unsalted Butter
• 1 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – instant coffee powder
• 1 cup – milk.
Method:
- Mix the instant coffee, sugar, milk butter, and cocoa powder together.
- Add the powdered Marie biscuits and form a firm ball.
- Shape in the form of a loaf.
- Cover it with an aluminium foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Open the foil then cut into slices diagonally at an angle.
- Serve with or without a scoop of Vanilla ice-cream.
