Ingredients:

• Milk – 1 litre
• Almond – 10
• Sugar – 3 cups
• Rawa – 1 tbsp
• Ghee – 1 cup

Method:

  1. Boil milk till it reduces to about quarter of a litre.
  2. Soak almonds for about an hour, peel and grind them into fine paste.
  3. Add sugar, rawa and almond paste into milk and cook till the mixture thickens.
  4. Now add ghee and switch of the stove.
  5. Stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides rolls into a ball.
  6. Pat this mixture in a plate and cut it into desired shapes.
