Ingredients:
• Milk – 1 litre
• Almond – 10
• Sugar – 3 cups
• Rawa – 1 tbsp
• Ghee – 1 cup
Method:
- Boil milk till it reduces to about quarter of a litre.
- Soak almonds for about an hour, peel and grind them into fine paste.
- Add sugar, rawa and almond paste into milk and cook till the mixture thickens.
- Now add ghee and switch of the stove.
- Stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides rolls into a ball.
- Pat this mixture in a plate and cut it into desired shapes.
