Ingredients:
• 10 pieces – button Mushrooms
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1/4 tsp – pizza seasoning (or any Italian seasoning)
• 3 to 4 slices – cheddar cheese
• 1/2 tsp – Butter
• 2 tsp – oil
• black pepper
• salt
Method:
- Gently wipe the mushrooms with a wet cloth to remove the dust.
- Now break the stem and scrape the inside of the mushroom to form a hollow space for the filling.
- Chop the stem and the scraped part.
- Take a pan and add oil. Now add the chopped onion and garlic paste.
- When the onion is a little brown in colour, add the chopped mushroom stem.
- Fry for sometime, add salt, seasoning and pepper.
- Then add the cheese slice and mix it till it melts and combines with the rest of the ingredients.
- Meanwhile, oil your palms and rub it on the outside of the mushrooms.
- Take a spoonful of the mixture and put it in the hollow space inside the mushroom.
- Arrange all these in a baking tray and put it in a pre-heated oven for 15 mins at 160 degrees.
- Serve it hot with tea.
