Ingredients:

• tapioca – 500 g
• Green chilli – 4
• Onion – 1
• Coconut Milk – 1 cup
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• Coconut oil
• Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Take a frying pan. Fry the onions in coconut oil till it is golden brown.
  2. Add fresh ginger paste and curry leaves and slit green chillies.
  3. Add the thin separated coconut milk and small pieces of tapioca to it.
  4. Add sufficient water to cook tapioca.
  5. Open the pan and mash the cooked tapioca.
  6. Add thick coconut milk and salt to taste, leave it for a boil.
  7. Serve hot Ishtu along with breakfast.
