Ingredients:

• 2 cups – pre-cooked Rice
• 2 cups – sweet Curd
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• 2 – whole Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• Sugar to taste
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Ghee for tadka

Method:

  1. Take the pre-cooked rice in a large bowl.
  2. Heat ghee in a wok and add mustard seeds.
  3. When the seeds splutter, add the red chillies, ginger-garlic paste and curd.
  4. Pour the curd mixture over the rice, add salt and sugar to taste.
  5. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. Serve with pickles and chutney.
