
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – pre-cooked Rice
• 2 cups – sweet Curd
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• 2 – whole Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• Sugar to taste
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Ghee for tadka
Method:
- Take the pre-cooked rice in a large bowl.
- Heat ghee in a wok and add mustard seeds.
- When the seeds splutter, add the red chillies, ginger-garlic paste and curd.
- Pour the curd mixture over the rice, add salt and sugar to taste.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve with pickles and chutney.
