
Ingredients:
• 6 – steamed idlis
• 4 – green chillies, slit
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 5-6 – Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Crumble the idlis and keep aside.
- In a pan take oil and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add the urad dal, green chillies and curry leaves, saute till urad dal becomes light brown.
- Add the crumbled idlis, salt and saute well for 6-7 minutes.
