Ingredients:

• 6 – steamed idlis
• 4 – green chillies, slit
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 5-6 – Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Crumble the idlis and keep aside.
  2. In a pan take oil and splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add the urad dal, green chillies and curry leaves, saute till urad dal becomes light brown.
  4. Add the crumbled idlis, salt and saute well for 6-7 minutes.
