Ingredients:

• Big Onion – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Green chillies – 2
• Besan (Gram Flour) – 3 tsp
• Buttermilk – 1/2 cup
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Urad Dal – 1/4 tsp
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
• Salt – as required

Method:

  1. Cut onion, tomato and green chillies finely. Mix besan and butter milk with salt and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seed and urad dal.
  3. Fry onions till golden brown.
  4. Add chopped tomato and green chillies and stir it for few minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture to the fried items.
  6. Cook for few mins and as it boils remove from fire.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with pooris and chapattis.
