Ingredients:
• Big Onion – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Green chillies – 2
• Besan (Gram Flour) – 3 tsp
• Buttermilk – 1/2 cup
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Urad Dal – 1/4 tsp
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
• Salt – as required
Method:
- Cut onion, tomato and green chillies finely. Mix besan and butter milk with salt and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seed and urad dal.
- Fry onions till golden brown.
- Add chopped tomato and green chillies and stir it for few minutes.
- Pour the mixture to the fried items.
- Cook for few mins and as it boils remove from fire.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with pooris and chapattis.
