Ingredients:
• 1/2 Kg – Mutton
• 2 cup – water
• salt to taste
• 1/2 – Coconut
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 8 flakes – Garlic
• 3 – Potatoes
• Tamarind Juice
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder masala
Method:
- Cook 1/2 kg mutton in 2 cups of water and salt.
- Grind half a coconut and extract the 1st and 2nd milk.
- Put ghee in a vessel, and when hot, fry chopped garlic.
- Now add the masala powders.
- Fry for a while, add boiled meat and gravy.
- Add also potatoes or any vegetables and boil well till vegetables are cooked.
- Add 2nd coconut milk.
- Now add a little tamarind juice, a spoon of rice flour to thicken and stir.
- When it boils, add thick cocoonut milk.
- Add salt to taste and boil for a few minutes.
