Ingredients:
• Palak-1 bunch
• Onion-1 medium
• Milk-1 cup
• Water-1 cup
• Oil-2 tbsp
• Jeera (Cumin Seeds) -1 tsp
• Lavang (Clove)-4
• Maida-1/2 tbsp
• Pepper-1/2 tsp
• Salt-3/4 tsp or as per taste
Method:
- Chop onion and palak.
- Heat oil in a pan (preferably a non-stick pan).
- Add jeera and cloves and wait till it splutters. Add onion and fry till soft.
- Add palak, fry till wilted.
- Add maida and fry till raw smell disappears.
- Let the mixture cool, then blend it in a blender.
- Boil the mixture along with milk and water after adding salt and pepper.
- Server hot with grated cheese.
