
Ingredients:
• Mixed Vegetables – 500 g
• Mushrooms – 50 g
• Paneer – 50 g
• Potatoes – 100 g
• Cashewnuts – 20 g
• Raisins – 20 g
• Boiled Onion paste – 1 cup
• Cashewnut paste – 1/2 cup
• Curd – 1/2 cup
• Fresh Cream – 1/2 cup
• Ginger and Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Chopped Green chilli – 2 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 2 tsp
Method:
- Boil all vegetables in boiling salted water till done and then put into cold water.
- Cut paneer into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add garam masala and then add boiled onion paste, cook till it turns golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and stir well.
- Add chopped green chillies and cashewnut paste. Cook on a slow flame for 5 mins.
- Add mushrooms and boiled vegetables cook for 2-3 mins and add salt and 3/4 cup water.
- Add cashew nuts, raisins and paneer dices (fried) stir and cook for 1 min.
- Finish with fresh cream.
