
Ingredients:
• 1 – big cauliflower, cut into pieces
• 4 – Garlic
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• Soya sauce
• White Cumin seeds
• Mustard Seeds
• Green chillies
• salt to taste
• Turmeric powder
• Garam Masala
Method:
- Fry the cauliflower.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, when it sizzles.
- Add cardamom and elaichi.
- Add garlic, and ginger paste.
- Stir it till garlic turns light brown.
- Add cauliflower.
- Add tomatoes and then add salt and turmeric, dhania powder and jeera powder.
- Stir it well and add a little bit of soya sauce.
- Stir it and add little water, cover the pan and let it get cooked.
- Let the water dry out.
- Serve hot with rotis.
