Ingredients:

• 6-7 – large Tomatoes
• 1 cup – freshly made Paneer
• 1/2 cup – chopped Spring onions
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• A pinch of Asafoetida
• 1 – small onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli flakes
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• Few springs of coriander, chopped

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except tomatoes, and mash to form a smooth mixture.
  2. Scoop all the seeds out of the tomatoes and fill with stuffing.
  3. Cut the tomatoes from the bottom to let them stand firm.
  4. Bake on 180 degree C for 10-12 mins.
  5. Serve hot.
