
Ingredients:
• 6-7 – large Tomatoes
• 1 cup – freshly made Paneer
• 1/2 cup – chopped Spring onions
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• A pinch of Asafoetida
• 1 – small onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli flakes
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• Few springs of coriander, chopped
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients, except tomatoes, and mash to form a smooth mixture.
- Scoop all the seeds out of the tomatoes and fill with stuffing.
- Cut the tomatoes from the bottom to let them stand firm.
- Bake on 180 degree C for 10-12 mins.
- Serve hot.
