Ingredients:
• 10 slices of bread
• Filling:
• 200 g – Corn
• 2 large – chopped Onion
• 1 – chopped Capsicum
• 3 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Remove the crust from the slice of bread. Roll the slice until flat and press into the cavities of a greased muffin tray.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry onion till golden brown. Add capsicum, tomatoes and fry for 2 min. Add corn and salt
- Take 2 tbsps of the mixture and spread each slice of bread. Spread a little tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a hot oven for 7-8 minutes till cheese melts. Serve hot.
