
Ingredients:
• For the dough:
• 1/2 cup – All purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Salt
• 1/4 tsp – Baking powder
• For stuffing:
• 1 cup – Paneer (crumbled)
• 1/4 cup – Minced soya granules (cooked)
• 1/2 cup – Green Capsicum (chopped)
• 2 – Onions (large and chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• a few chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds (crushed)
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a stiff dough with enough water. Keep aside for 30 mins.
- Roll out thin large chapattis from the prepared dough.
- Heat a non-stick tawa with a drizzle of oil and cook both sides of chapattis till they are done.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the crushed fennel seeds.
- Then add the chopped onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute until the raw smell vanishes.
- Add the cooked soya granules, crumbled paneer, chopped green capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder. Cook on simmer until well cooked.
- Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and turn off the stove. Keep aside.
- Place stuffing in each of the prepared chapattis and fold it tightly.
- Cut the rolled chapattis into two equal rolls and serve with ketchup.
