Ingredients:

• For the dough:
• 1/2 cup – All purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Salt
• 1/4 tsp – Baking powder
• For stuffing:
• 1 cup – Paneer (crumbled)
• 1/4 cup – Minced soya granules (cooked)
• 1/2 cup – Green Capsicum (chopped)
• 2 – Onions (large and chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• a few chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds (crushed)
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a stiff dough with enough water. Keep aside for 30 mins.
  2. Roll out thin large chapattis from the prepared dough.
  3. Heat a non-stick tawa with a drizzle of oil and cook both sides of chapattis till they are done.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, fry the crushed fennel seeds.
  5. Then add the chopped onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute until the raw smell vanishes.
  6. Add the cooked soya granules, crumbled paneer, chopped green capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder. Cook on simmer until well cooked.
  7. Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and turn off the stove. Keep aside.
  8. Place stuffing in each of the prepared chapattis and fold it tightly.
  9. Cut the rolled chapattis into two equal rolls and serve with ketchup.
