Ingredients:
• 1 – ripe Avocado
• 1/3 cup – mayonnaise sauce
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp – Onion juice
• 3 – Tomatoes
• Salt to taste
• Lettuce leaves
• Chopped chives
Method:
- Put avocado in a blender or food processor.
- Mix with mayonnaise, add lime juice, onion juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
- Peel 3 large tomatoes, slice and arrange on lettuce leaves.
- Pour dressing over tomatoes and sprinkle with chopped chives.
