Ingredients:

• 1 cup – baby onions, peeled

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Temper with mustard seeds and jeera. When they crackle, add baby onions.
  2. Fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Then add chopped okra, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and fry till okra gets roasted.
  4. Yummy curry is ready to go with rice or roti.
