Ingredients:

• 4 – bread slices
• 1/4 cup – paneer,
• 1/4 cup – cabbage, finely chopped
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tsp – oil
• Salt as needed
• 1/8 tsp – coriander powder
• As needed – pavbhaji masala
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Butter as needed.

Method:

  1. Chop the onions finely.
  2. Heat a pan with oil, and add the onions and when it turns pink add the scrambled paneer and the cabbage.
  3. Cook for 3 mins in a medium flame.
  4. Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala, salt and mix well.
  5. Cook for a minute and switch off the flame.
  6. The filling is ready.
  7. Place a slice of bread in a tawa, smeared with butter.
  8. Spread the filling on the top and place the another slice on the top.
  9. Carefully turn it upside down.
  10. When done serve.
