
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rawa
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tsp – Haldi
• 2 tsps – eno fruit salt
• Salt to taste
• For tadka:
• 2-3 – Green chillies (cut lengthwise)
• 1 tbsp – black Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 bunch – Cilantro (chopped)
• 2 tbsp – Coconut (shredded)
• 2 sprigs – Curry leaves
• 2 tbsp – cooking oil
• 2 tbsp – water
Method:
- Soak rawa in yoghurt and water for 30 minutes.
- Grease a microwave proof pan
- Add 2 tsp of eno to the rawa mixture and pour immediately in the greased pan.
- Cook it in the microwave covered for 12 minutes to make dhoklas.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and add black mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies.
- Once the mustard seeds start spluttering, add water and immediately pour the tadka over the dhokla.
- Cut the dhokla into pieces and garnish with cilantro and coconut.
