Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Rawa
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tsp – Haldi
• 2 tsps – eno fruit salt
• Salt to taste
• For tadka:
• 2-3 – Green chillies (cut lengthwise)
• 1 tbsp – black Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 bunch – Cilantro (chopped)
• 2 tbsp – Coconut (shredded)
• 2 sprigs – Curry leaves
• 2 tbsp – cooking oil
• 2 tbsp – water

Method:

  1. Soak rawa in yoghurt and water for 30 minutes.
  2. Grease a microwave proof pan
  3. Add 2 tsp of eno to the rawa mixture and pour immediately in the greased pan.
  4. Cook it in the microwave covered for 12 minutes to make dhoklas.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp oil and add black mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies.
  6. Once the mustard seeds start spluttering, add water and immediately pour the tadka over the dhokla.
  7. Cut the dhokla into pieces and garnish with cilantro and coconut.
