
Ingredients:
• 4 cups – bisques pan cake mix
• 2 cups – Milk (or Butter milk )
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 4 – Onions (medium size )
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 bunch – coriander
• 1 small cup – oil
• 1/4 tbsp – salt
• 1/8 tsp – chilli powder
Method:
- First cut tomatoes, onions and green chillies into very small pieces. Chop the coriander leaves also.
- Mix milk with pancake mix and make a paste.
- Add salt and chilli powder to the mix.
- Add tomatoes, onions, green chillies and coriander leaves to the pancake mix, and mix well.
- Heat a thick non-stick pan and spread the pancake mix on the pan.
- Add oil around the corners of the pancake. Once it is heated for 2 mins, flip the pancake and heat it for two more mins.
- Remove from the pan and serve. Instead of milk, you can add buttermilk to get a different taste.
