Ingredients:

• 1 kg – ground Rice
• 3 – coconut, grated
• 2 tbsp – water
• 500 gms – coconut, Jaggery
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Roast the rice on a griddle.
  2. Grind into a powder.
  3. Crush the jaggery.
  4. Put water and put on a medium flame till the jaggery dissolves.
  5. Add grated coconut, and cook till the mixture is almost dry. Cool it.
  6. Grind the mixture to form a thick paste.
  7. Add the flour and cardamom powder and mix it well.
  8. Make small balls of the dough.
  9. Keep it open for 1-2 hours until it dries.
  10. Store in air-tight container.
