
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – ground Rice
• 3 – coconut, grated
• 2 tbsp – water
• 500 gms – coconut, Jaggery
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Roast the rice on a griddle.
- Grind into a powder.
- Crush the jaggery.
- Put water and put on a medium flame till the jaggery dissolves.
- Add grated coconut, and cook till the mixture is almost dry. Cool it.
- Grind the mixture to form a thick paste.
- Add the flour and cardamom powder and mix it well.
- Make small balls of the dough.
- Keep it open for 1-2 hours until it dries.
- Store in air-tight container.
