Ingredients:
• 2 – large potatoes, peeled and diced
• 3-4 flakes – garlic, finely chopped
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2-3 tsp – oil
Method:
- Sprinkle some water over the potatoes and cook in the microwave for 10 mins.
- Drain excess water and add all the other ingredients.
- Mix well and cook in the microwave for 10 mins, stopping once every 3 mins to turn the potatoes over to ensure the masala coats them well.
- Serve hot with fried rice.
