
Ingredients:
• 6 rings – of Pineapple from a tin.
• 2 cups – syrup from the tin .
• 1/4 cup – Lemon juice .
• 1 cup – Paneer shreds .
• 1 lettuce, shredded .
• 15 gms – gelatin .
• 1 tbsp – Coriander leaves .
• 6 wedges of lemon.
Method:
- Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Cool.
- Add to lemon juice and pineapple syrup. Pour into six moulds and chill till set.
- In a serving platter, spread lettuce shreds. Arrange six pineapple rings on this.
- Put the paneer shreds in the centre.
- Unmould each pineapple mould over each pile and decorate with coriander leaves.
