Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Paneer
• 3 – bread slices
• 1/2 – Potatoes (just for binding)
• 1 – Onion finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1/2 – tbsp rava
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• oil

Method:

  1. Crumble the paneer well. Knead it for 5 mins until well combined.
  2. Boil potatoes until soft and combine with paneer and keep aside.
  3. Trim the bread slices, dip it in water and add it to the crumbled paneer.
  4. Then add all the other ingredients, except oil, and combine to form a smooth dough.
  5. Now make equal sized balls and deep fry them in oil.
