Ingredients:
• 300 gms – boneless fish
• 2 chopped Onions
• 2 tbsp. – Olive oil
• 2 chopped Tomatoes (seeds removed)
• 3 Green chillies (finely chopped)
• salt and pepper to taste
• For serving:
• papad or lavsa, biscuits
Method:
- Boil the fish and remove the skin and bones, if any. Place in a mixing bowl and mash. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well. Add the other ingredients and serve on papads or lavsa or biscuits and cookies.
