Ingredients:
• Corn Tortillas – 4
• Crushed soya nuggets – 1/2 kg
• 1 – Onions, chopped
• 5 pods – Garlic, chopped
• 2 – Green Chillies, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Taco Masala Powder
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Garnish:
• 4 tbsp – Lettuce, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Onion, chopped | 2 tbsp – Tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Sour Cream/ Low fat Yogurt
• 1 tbsp – Cheese, grated
• Cilantro – 1 /2 cup, chopped
Method:
- Soak the soya nuggets in water for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze the water out and keep it on side.
- Saute onions, garlic and chillies in olive oil.
- Add the Nutrela soya nuggets and the taco mix.
- Add 3 to 4 tbsp of water. Mix well and cover.
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Slightly heat the tortillas and add the above soya nugget mix.
- Garnish with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cheese, cilantro and sour cream/ low fat yogurt.
