Ingredients:
• 2 cup – besan
• 2 cup – rava
• 4 cup – Wheat flour
• 5 to 6 cups – powdered Sugar
• 1 tbsp – cardmom powder
• 2 to 3 cups – Ghee
• Charoli
Method:
- In a deep pan, heat 2 to 3 tbsp ghee and fry rava on low flame till it becomes golden brown.
- Keep aside.
- Heat 5 to 6 tbsp ghee in the pan and fry besan till it turns pink.
- Keep aside.
- Fry wheat flour like besan.
- Mix rava, besan, wheat flour well.
- Keep it aside for half an hour to cool.
- Mix sugar, cardamom powder, charoli to the flours.
- Mix well so that there are no lumps.
- Take a handful and roll into ladoos.
