Ingredients:

• 3 cups – bread flour
• 2 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – active Dry yeast
• 1 cup – lukewarm water
• 1/4 cup – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – dry Parsley leaves

Method:

  1. Ferment yeast in lukewarm water with sugar and salt for 10 mins.
  2. Mix together, all-purpose flour, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, dry parsley leaves in a large bowl, add gradually, the foamy yeast with olive oil and mix everything to a soft and stiff dough
  3. Grease a bowl and place the dough, let it sit for two hour in a warm place
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F, line a baking tray, grease slightly the baking sheet with olive oil
  5. Punch the dough down, divide them into 3 portions, roll them well to form smooth balls
  6. Roll each ball as thin ropes
  7. Braid the ropes together, press the dough nicely at both ends
  8. Place the braided loaf on a greased baking sheet, brush them with olive oil
  9. Bake them for 25 – 30 mins until the crust turns brown
  10. Let cool for few mins before serving
