Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – Rice flour
• 100 g – roasted Channa dal powder
• 1 small cup – dry Coconut powder
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt as needed
• 1 small cup – Peanuts

Method:

  1. Take the rice flour in a big mixing bowl, to that add the other ingredients: channa dal powder salt, chilli powder, dry coconut powder and 1 big tbsp hot oil.
  2. Also add coarsely ground peanuts.
  3. Mix well by adding water, little by little.
  4. Make balls. Take each one; shape them by patting them on a plastic sheet (or with your hand) and deep frying in oil.
