
Ingredients:
• Potatoes – 1
• Peas – 1/2 cup
• Tomatoes – 1, chopped
• Green chilli – 1, chopped
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Lime juice – 1 tsp
• Plain flour – 1 cup
• Oil
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Onion -1
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Pressure cook potato and peas.
- Wash and cut tomato and onion in thin slices.
- Make a dough with plain flour, using little oil and a pinch of salt. Keep aside.
- In a kadai, fry onion till it turns brown.
- Add tomato and fry for few minutes.
- Mash potato and peas, add it to the onion-tomato mix.
- Add salt, ginger-garlic paste, chilli paste, jeera, lime juice and mix well.
- Make roti using the dough and put a 2 tsp of the mixture, vertically, in the middle.
- Roll and close both ends.
- Cut into 3 inch pieces.
- Deep-fry in oil for few minutes.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
