Ingredients:

• 1-2 -coconuts
• 4 cups -flour
• 4 – eggs (yolks only)
• A little Butter

Method:

  1. Scrape the coconuts and extract the milk.
  2. Mix the flour, egg yolks and butter and add the coconut milk to form stiff dough.
  3. Knead well, adding butter as you knead to form a soft dough.
  4. Keep covered for 15 minutes.
  5. Then, taking small balls of the dough, shape over a comb or a fork to form curls.
  6. Fry in hot oil till light brown.
