Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef or Mutton / lamb chops (flatten them)
• 3 or 4 Potatoes (Boil, peel and cut half lengthwise)
• 4 big onions, sliced
• 2 green chillies, slit lengthwise
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Cumins powder
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Marinate the chops with all the above ingredients (except the onions and potatoes) and keep aside for one hour.
- Heat oil in a suitable pan and saute the onions till golden brown.
- Add the marinated chops and mix well.
- Cook the chops with sufficient water till tender letting some soup remain.
- Keep cooking on low heat till the soup dries up and the meat is a nice brown.
- Just before turning off the heat, add the boiled potatoes and mix once so that the masala covers the potatoes.
- Serve hot with bread or rice.
