Ingredients:

• 3 cups long grain Rice .
• 1 onion, cut finely .
• 1 cup – Pineapple pieces .
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce .
• 100 gms – French beans .
• 100 gms – Carrots .
• 4 tbsp – oil .
• For garnishing:
• Cucumber and spring onions.

Method:

  1. Cut the carrots and French beans into long strips and heat oil and fry them till they are almost cooked.
  2. Fry the onions till they are brown in colour.
  3. Add the pineapple pieces.
  4. Stir cook for 2 mins.
  5. Add the rice, salt and tomato sauce and cook for 2 mins.
  6. Serve garnished with cucumber and spring onions.
