
Ingredients:
• 3 cups long grain Rice .
• 1 onion, cut finely .
• 1 cup – Pineapple pieces .
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce .
• 100 gms – French beans .
• 100 gms – Carrots .
• 4 tbsp – oil .
• For garnishing:
• Cucumber and spring onions.
Method:
- Cut the carrots and French beans into long strips and heat oil and fry them till they are almost cooked.
- Fry the onions till they are brown in colour.
- Add the pineapple pieces.
- Stir cook for 2 mins.
- Add the rice, salt and tomato sauce and cook for 2 mins.
- Serve garnished with cucumber and spring onions.
