Ingredients:

• 2 – boiled Aloo
• 1/2 bunch – dill leaves (finely chopped)
• 2 tsp – coriander (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 – Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 2 tbsp – gram flour
• salt to taste
• oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mash boiled aloo and add chopped dill leaves, coriander, finely chopped onion, red chilli powder, salt, ginger and garlic paste, rice flour, gram flour and mix it nicely.
  2. Apply oil on your hand, take aloo mixture and make round balls.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Drain and serve with chilli sauce or tomato sauce.
