
Ingredients:
• 2 cup – mango, cubed
• 1/2 tsp – ginger, minced
• 1 cup – yogurt
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Mint leaves, finely chopped
• Mint leaves and Mango pieces to garnish
Method:
- Blend mango with ginger, yogurt and sugar.
- Stir in the mint leaves. Place in refrigerator.
- Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves and mango pieces.
