Ingredients:
• Curd – 1 cup
• Besan – 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• For pakoda:
• Besan – 1 cup
• Onion – 1
• Green chillies – 2 to 3
• Ginger – 1 inch piece
• Coriander leaves – a bunch
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix the ingredients for pakoda with a little water and deep fry in oil to make pakodas.
- In a bowl, mix besan with curd and blend.
- In a kadai heat a little oil, season with ajwain and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and add the curd into the mixture.
- Allow it to boil for sometime, add in the pakodas, heat through and serve.
