Ingredients:

• 200 g – fish fillet.
• 10 g – coriander.
• 10 g – coconut.
• 10 g – mint.
• 5 g – green chilli.
• 5 g – onion.
• 5 ml – Lemon juice.
• 2 g – salt.
• 2 – Banana leaves.

Method:

  1. Wash the fish and pat dry on kitchen towel.
  2. Make a paste with the rest of the ingredients except for the banana leaf.
  3. Coat the fish with the paste.
  4. Wrap in the banana leaf and steam.
