
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked Red kidney beans
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – mustard seeds+black gram
• Few Curry leaves
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil as required
Method:
- Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and black gram.
- To this add curry leaves, chopped green chillies and fry for few minutes.
- Now saute chopped onions, until they turn translucent.
- To this, mix well the cooked red kidney beans, salt and coriander powder.
- Finally add grated coconut and cook for few minutes.
- Serve hot.
