Ingredients:

• 2 cups – chopped Mushroom
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/4 cup – chopped Celery
• 1/4 tsp – Basil
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 cup – chopped Spring onion
• Salt as per taste
• 8 – fish fillets
• For Garnishing:
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 2 cups – fresh bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pan. Saute mushrooms till water evaporates.
  2. Remove from fire and let it cook in its steam.
  3. Add all the ingredients except the fillets.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Put the fillets in a greased baking dish. Top with the mushroom mixture.
  6. Garnish with breadcrumbs and oregano. Cover the dish with foil.
  7. Bake at 300 C for 15 mins.
  8. Remove the foil and bake again till the coating is golden brown and fillets are crisp.
  9. Serve with ketchup and chips.
