Ingredients:
• 1- medium size Cauliflower cut into florets
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – all spice powder
• 1 – Egg beaten
• salt to taste
• Oil for frying.
Method:
- Wash and soak the cauliflower in warm salt water for one hour.
- Drain away the water. Coat the cauliflower florets with the ginger garlic paste, corn flour, chilli powder, all spice powder, egg, salt and keep aside for 30 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the marinated cauliflower a little at a time till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce and onion rings.
