Ingredients:
• 2 bundles Palak/Spinach
• 200 gm – Paneer (cut into cubes)
• 2 nos Onion (chopped) 5 – 6 nos – Garlic pods
• 1/2 inch piece Ginger
• 1 no Green chilly
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 nos Tomato chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 2 tbsp – Kasoori Methi
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• Salt as require
Method:
- In a micro proof deep bowl, put oil, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, 2 tsp coriander powder and garam masala powder. Mix well.
- Microwave for 5 mins.
- Remove and to the same bowl add tomatoes, cleaned palak, kasoori methi. Mix well & microwave for 8 mins.
- Cool the palak and blend it with 1/2 cup water.
- Put this palak puree into the same micro proof dish and add red chilli powder, paneer, salt, 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water. Mix well and microwave for 5 mins.
- Serve hot.
