
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef with bones cut into medium size pieces
• 1 – small cabbage, coarsely cut
• 3 – medium size Carrots scrape and cut into medium size pieces
• 6 to 8 – string beans, broken into bits
• 2 – potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
• 3 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 – onions, chopped thickly
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 2 tsp – chopped Mint
• 2 liters – water
Method:
- Boil all the above ingredients together on high heat for some time.
- Lower heat and simmer for 2 or 3 hours till the meat is well cooked and the broth is thick and a good brown colour.
- Serve with Bread or buns.
