
Ingredients:
• 300 g – besan
• 12 green chillies, long and big
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain
• 1/2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/8 tsp – baking soda
• salt
• For stuffing: 1 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 1 onion, chopped very fine
• 1/2 tbsp – chopped, Coriander leaves
• a pinch amchur powder
• a pinch Garam Masala
Method:
- Mix both the flours with salt, red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of ajwain and baking soda
- Prepare bajji batter and keep aside.
- Slit chillies, remove the seeds, and keep aside.
- Prepare stuffing with grated coconut, chopped onion, chopped coriander, remaining ajwain, amchur powder, garam masala and some salt.
- Fill the chillies with the stuffing, add some of the removed seeds if you want it to be more spicy
- Dip the stuffed chillies in the batter and deep fry them till they become light golden brown in colour
- Place them on paper napkin and serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
